It's a long story but I've been here in America five years ago as a student and I went to the factory sausage factory to get a green card I applied to get a green card and it's not easy to get a green card in America and I used to work in California in the restaurant, and right now I'm here in El Paso to open my own business, Still I didn't have enough money to open a restaurant, but I just tried, get some opportunity. And finally I opened it. I'm still having hard time having a new customer in the restaurant, but it's getting better little by little every day. That's my business story.
I used to sleep in the restaurant in a little room, there's a couch. and I really wanted to have a place to sleep. I don't want any luxury things. And I was looking around and I see your listing on Facebook. And I call if it's available, the house is available. But at the time, I have a zero money. because I just opened a restaurant, I have to spend a lot of money on this business. I didn't have money to buy a house. But I see the owner of finance sign over there so I call Eva and we talk about this and that, I asked her I don't have any money at the moment and if I can be able to buy a house and she said well it's possible and Iva told me a few different way to buy a house, But still, I need some little bit of money for the document things. I believe it's only for documenting fee, which is about $5 ,000 something. And at the time, I didn't have it, but I really want that house that even has it. Iva told me Eva told me before that if I have a $5 ,000 we could process for buying that house so I saved up a lot and I call Iva that I'm ready and then Iva said let's do it. And at the time, I don't really realize that I can be able to actually buy the house. Now I am a homeowner. It's a little different feeling. I love it.
As a foreigner, we're just working. I don't really know how to get a loan or money and everything. It's just, I didn't know that. And you're just giving me that owner financing thing. So I don't really need to have to go to bank to the things. I didn't know how to process and how do I achieve the house thing. But that's one of the amazing things. At first, I didn't believe Iva. Like she told me that owner finance but I'm here right now and I bought a house without any money, like such a small amount of money to buy that house over here. If somebody like me want to buy a house, that would be really a chance, like that would be really one of the way to buy a house without, through the real major banks.
